I am currently in 4th year studying Music Technology at UWS. I'd love to work in audio post production or sound mixing so any work experience, paid or not, would be invaluable to me getting a foot on the career ladder!
Yes, just a warning, everyone will underestimate you. The sexism in this industry never ends. Every time i tell the clients I'm running the session their jaw drops, they're like "YOU?!?!!? You're not a scrubby looking male engineer!" haha.
